Purchase Terms and Conditions
B Luxury Gifts reserves the right to accept or reject any order made through this website. Written notification will be sent via email to the customer’s email address stating whether the order was accepted or rejected. In case of rejection, the order’s value will not be collected from the customer.
The customer may cancel the purchase order immediately before shipping the product for any reason whatsoever, but he bears any expenses that may arise therefrom.
We reserve the right to cancel any order from our side in the event of a failure in receiving the due payment, failure to receive all the required information, or failure in accepting the purchase invoice within a certain period.
We also reserve the right to reject the order in cases of bulk purchase or multiple purchases of similar products at our sole discretion.
