Return and Exchange requests can be made by directly contacting us. Please visit the “CONTACT US” page to file your request, and do not forget to mention your order number.
The customer bears all delivery and shipping costs and any other costs related to taxes or customs when returning or exchanging items.
Return and Exchange requests will not be accepted without the provision of the purchase invoice or proof of purchase.
Returns and Exchange values are calculated based on the item’s value as stated in its purchase invoice. Shipping fees are excluded from return and exchange values.
Your purchased item is viable for a return with full refunds (not including shipping fees) if:
The item was deformed, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
The item does not match the picture or description shown on this website.
The item did not arrive after 30 days from purchase order finalization.
The return was requested from us due to an error from our side, whatever it may be.
The refund will be made the same way you paid, whether it was by bank transfer, Zain Cash, or cash. Please note that you will be refunded only after the item has been returned to us and thoroughly checked by us.
However, if your purchased item does not have any production or manufacturing defects and you wish to exchange it with other B Luxury Gifts of the same value, then please look at the following terms:
All exchanged items must be in mint condition and free of damages of any kind; otherwise, the exchange request will be denied. Damages include – but are not limited to – dents, scratches, stains, and missing pieces.
B Luxury Gifts only accepts exchanges for other items available at the store.
The value of the exchange must equal or be greater than the value of the purchased item as stated in the purchase invoice.
Your purchased item is not entitled to a return or exchange if:
The item was a special order or it was made per your pre-defined specifications
The item was used, damaged, or altered due to poor handling from the customer’s side.
